Welcome to Casa Milagro, our cosy and comfortable flat in sunny Torrevieja. A lovely place where you can enjoy peace and quiet, comfort and the Spanish way of life, whether you’re coming for a longer stay, to spend the winter or simply to enjoy a comfortable break in Spain.

The flat is fully equipped and offers a pleasant base for a relaxing stay on the Costa Blanca.

The flat

Casa Milagro can accommodate up to four people and offers everything you need for a comfortable stay, with plenty of amenities within walking distance.

The flat has two bedrooms: one with a double bed and a second with two single beds. This makes the property ideal for couples, families, winter visitors and guests staying in Spain for a longer period.

The bathroom is fitted with a washbasin, toilet and walk-in shower. The kitchen is fully equipped for preparing delicious meals and there is a washing machine.

The living room is a lovely place to relax together. Here you’ll find a round dining table for cosy meals or to start the day quietly with breakfast. There’s also a comfortable sofa and a SMART TV where you can unwind with Netflix, amongst other things.

Adjacent to this is a balcony where you can enjoy the Spanish sunshine. The balcony is in the sun for most of the day and is furnished with four chairs. Perfect for starting the day in a relaxed way or for winding down together in the evening.

For extra comfort, the flat is fully equipped with roller blinds, allowing you to keep it nice and cool inside. There’s also air conditioning, which can be used for both cooling and heating. Bed linen and towels are included in your stay.

Are you travelling with a little one? A cot and high chair are available free of charge if you request them when booking.

Swimming pool and facilities

The apartment has its own swimming pool, which is open from early May to the end of October. Here you can take a refreshing dip on hot days, with a view of beautiful palm trees. The ultimate in enjoyment and relaxation!

We provide free beach chairs so you can relax in comfort both by the swimming pool and on the beach.

The apartment complex has a lift, providing extra comfort and accessibility. Parking is easy and free on the street next to the apartment.

Location and surroundings

Casa Milagro is situated in a pleasant neighbourhood in Torrevieja, a popular coastal town on the Costa Blanca.

In the immediate vicinity, you’ll find shops, supermarkets and a variety of restaurants. Right next to the apartment is a restaurant where you can enjoy a delicious breakfast featuring traditional Spanish churros.

The coast, with its beautiful beaches and lively promenade, is within walking distance. You can reach the beach in about fifteen minutes, ideal for a stroll along the seafront or a relaxing day by the coast.

The surrounding area also offers plenty of opportunities for day trips, such as nature reserves, salt lakes and characteristic Spanish towns in the region.

This is also an excellent location for those who want to explore further. From Torrevieja, cities such as Alicante, Murcia and Cartagena are easily accessible, making it simple to combine your stay with enjoyable day trips.

Long-term stays and wintering

Casa Milagro is available to rent for a minimum of 11 nights. This makes the flat ideal for a longer stay, a temporary residence, remote working from Spain or wintering on the Costa Blanca.

Between 1 November and 31 March, we offer attractive rates for winter visitors and guests wishing to stay for a longer period.

Host

On arrival, you’ll be personally welcomed by our host Nerea, who’ll hand over the keys and give you a warm welcome.

She’ll be happy to help you settle in and is on hand throughout your stay should you have any questions. Arrival and departure times will be agreed in advance.
